OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — Veracity, a business and technology consultancy, closed out 2022 by hiring another key position to fulfill its growth plan over the next three years. The company brought on Kyle Davis as its Director of Marketing to oversee Veracity’s marketing channels, content, and story development.

The hiring comes at the end of a major investment year that saw the consultancy appoint two new members of its executive team, Chief Delivery Officer Craig Sizemore and Chief Operations Officer Deanna Ferrante, and set a forward-looking goal to increase revenue and employee count by 100 percent over the next three years.

“While continuing to provide excellent delivery and focus on our clients, we must continue to look inward and place ourselves and our programs in the best possible position to succeed,” said Angela Hurt, Veracity Founder and CEO. “Craig, Deanna, (Head of Finance) Jarod Osborn, and the rest of our leadership team have been invaluable in this positioning, and now Kyle will be able to help broaden our reach and perception to add opportunities for further growth. We see marketing as a key component to reaching our goals over the next three years.”

Kyle is well versed in the Kansas City marketing community, having spent nearly a decade at former Kansas City digital agency DEG where he helped grow the agency’s brand and marketing program. When DEG was acquired by customer experience agency Merkle, Kyle became the Director of Strategic Content and a Marketing Lead for the dentsu-owned global agency.

“Angela and the team have already done a fantastic job establishing Veracity’s brand and reputation and I’m thrilled to play a part in expanding on this already solid foundation,” said Davis. “This is an incredibly smart and passionate group, and I can’t wait to see where we go next.”
