OVERLAND PARK, Kan.—Veracity, a business and technology consultancy, recently hired industry veteran Craig Sizemore as its new Chief Delivery Officer (CDO). The move comes as the current CDO, Rod Mack, prepares to retire this fall. In this role, Craig will serve on the executive leadership team while ensuring continued seamless service delivery for Veracity’s clients.

“Craig brings a people-first approach to leading teams and supporting clients, which will help us maximize the strengths of every team member in our delivery practice while continuing to help our clients improve performance and streamline efficiencies,” said Angela Hurt, founder and CEO of Veracity. “While I’m incredibly proud of the reputation our delivery practice has built with our clients and in the markets we serve, Craig will be instrumental in helping us continue to improve, expand and evolve our delivery model to meet our accelerated growth plans.”

Craig brings nearly 20 years of experience in leading service and delivery teams across the industries of technology, software, and digital advertising. Most recently, Craig was with Merkle, formerly DEG, where he was part of the leadership team who significantly improved the organization’s services margin and overall profitability.

“Angela has built an amazing company known for its precision in service delivery and its authentic culture, and I believe the company is uniquely positioned to emerge as a leader in digital transformation,” said Craig Sizemore. “We have a strong alignment with ServiceNow and a high performing team, and now it’s time to scale. I’m honored to bring my knowledge and experience in building systems, processes and structures to unlock our growth potential.”

This is the second strategic executive hire for Veracity this year. The company hired Deanna Ferrante as its COO in Spring. Both leaders will help Veracity meet its aggressive growth goal: 100 percent in both revenue and headcount within three years.

“I believe the timing of both Craig and Deanna is truly serendipitous,” said Hurt. “With their leadership and experience in scaling organizations, I’m able to focus more on our strategy and execute on our vision while identifying new market opportunities to help us effectively grow and scale.”

Hurt adds she founded Veracity on the foundation of serving our communities, and with Craig and Deanna on the executive team, she’s confident the two will help increase Veracity’s purpose-driven profits.
