TrueWave JV Launches to Expand ServiceNow Delivery Across the Federal Government

Joint venture between Ondaro and Veracity Consulting combines deep ServiceNow expertise, proven federal delivery experience, and small-business contracting eligibility

OVERLAND PARK, Kan., Aug. 26, 2026 — TrueWave JV, an SBA-approved mentor-protégé joint venture between Ondaro and Veracity Consulting, launched today to help federal agencies modernize operations and get more value from the ServiceNow platform. The new company gives agencies a small-business contracting path to enterprise-scale ServiceNow delivery.

The joint venture pairs Ondaro's ServiceNow-focused delivery model and scale with Veracity's federal prime-contractor experience, covering strategy through implementation and long-term platform support.

Capabilities span strategy and advisory services, ITSM and ITOM, IT asset management, HR service delivery, customer service, governance and risk, strategic portfolio management, application development, AI enablement, organizational change, and managed platform services.
